Located at around 65 kms from Patna, Vaishali is known to be the oldest republic in the world. It gets its name from King Vishal from the time of Mahabharata. Being the birthplace of Lord Mahavira, it is closely associated with the Jains and also the Buddhists and Hindus. Some of the finest attractions of this place include Ashoka pillar, Buddha relic stupa, and the Jain temple built at the birthplace of Lord Mahavira. At around 120 kms north of Vaishali lies one of the tallest Buddhist Stupa in the world, the Kesariya Stupa, a popular tourist destination.

Itinerary
Day 1: Patna-Vaishali-Muzaffarpur
Arrive at Patna Airport. Meet and greet our representative at the airport and proceed for Vaishali. Our representative will make necessary arrangements for the transfer. Visit Hariharnath temple at Sonepur. Have lunch at a decent restaurant on the way to Vaishali and proceed to see the attractions at Vaishali like the Vishwa Shanti Stupa, Ashoka pillar, Abhishek Pushkarni, Buddha ashes Stupa, Archaeological museum and Birthplace of Lord Mahavira. Overnight stay at Muzaffarpur
Day 2 : Champaran-Areraj-Patna
Leave early for onwards journey to Champaran, See the Kesariya Stupa and proceed to see the Ashoka pillar at Areraj. Return back to Patna.
